We are now taking a further and important step in our large-scale production with a new processing machine, the DVT 400 from HESSAPP from the FFG Group.
With this new acquisition, we will be able to mass produce flanges up to a nominal size of DN300 and a unit weight of up to 40 kg.
What is special about this machine for us is that we can now carry out successive machining processes on one machine that previously had to be carried out on multiple machines. This will significantly shorten our processing times and further increase our efficiency and productivity.
In addition, the use of self-propelled tools enables additional turning and milling work.
