As of August 2019, two DMG Mori (Gildemeister) CTV 250 lathes have been ordered. These machines will replace our aging EMAG Trio.
The DMG Mori CTV 250 impresses with highlights such as:
- 5 seconds loading and unloading time through 2-track automation
- Machining of work pieces up to ø 220 mm and 200 mm length
- Space-saving design through integrated work piece handling.
The construction of the machines will be done in such a way that a varied use as duo, as well as twin is possible. For the first time at N + F, it will be stamped inside the machine.
This investment serves the further increase of operational efficiency, as well as the beginning of the extension of our Kardex stock at January.
